SHIPPING
             
Shipping within Australia: Flat rate of $10.00 (AUD) will apply to any parcel.

Shipping within New Zealand: Flat rate of $15.00 (AUD) will apply to any parcel.

Shipping for International orders: Flat rate of $30.00 (AUD)

All parcels are sent registered mail by Australia Post, so a signature is required. Therefore, If no one is available to sign for the parcel we recommend a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details).                       If no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. Collection or re-delivery from a depot can be arranged, however parcels must be collected from the post office. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than the lead times below this will depend on the postal services in your area. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).

Shipping charges will be added to your shopping bag during checkout.

Under some circumstances shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order / destination and
will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction. 
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

All orders require a street address and telephone number for delivery.
 
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed in the country where the order originated will rest with the customer.

At this time we do not post to PO BOX addresses.

The following lead times to be used as a guideline:
Australia - 3 to 7 days
New Zealand - 7 to 10 days
International - 10 to 14 days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


At Alisi we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow our Returns / Exchanges procedure listed below.

Please Notify us at mail@alisi.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the item/s.
Please include order number & reason for return / exchange. Once you have received a reply email with a Returns Authorization number please print a copy
of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s. Please mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.

Refunds

For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. If approved we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered)

Return item/s will only be accepted if the item/s are received by us in original unused re-saleable condition, in original packaging.                                            

All item/s must be in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached (including hygiene labels in one pieces/pants. Any item/s, which are considered to be worn, damaged or soiled, will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money.


Exchanges

Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item. If the exchange is due to manufacture fault we will pay for delivery of the new item back to you. If the exchange is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing we will advise you of the delivery charge.
