Returns and Exchanges

At Alisi we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow our Returns / Exchanges procedure listed below.

Please Notify us at mail@alisi.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the item/s.
Please include order number & reason for return / exchange. Once you have received a reply email with a Returns Authorization number please print a copy of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s.

Please mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.

Refunds

For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. If approved we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered)

Return item/s will only be accepted if the item/s are received by us in original unused re-saleable condition, in original packaging.                                            

All item/s must be in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached(including hygiene labels in one pieces/pants. Any item/s which are considered to be worn, damaged or soiled will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money.


Exchanges

Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item. If the exchange is due to manufacture fault we will pay for delivery of the new item back to you. If the exchange is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing we will advise you of the delivery charge.
